Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the items are neatly folded and include all original tags.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
